This policy explains how khila collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Who we are
khila is a homewear brand operating from Yerevan, Armenia. For questions about your data, email khila@khila.am.

What we collect
- Information you give us: name, shipping address, email, phone number, payment information at checkout, messages you send us.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referral source. Collected via Shopify analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used.
- Information from third parties: payment processors confirm transactions; couriers confirm delivery.

How we use it
- To process your orders and deliver them
- To respond to your messages
- To send you order updates and, only with your consent, marketing emails about new drops
- To improve the site and the products
- To comply with legal obligations

Who we share it with
We share your information only with:
- Shopify (our store platform)
- Payment processors (to take payment)
- Couriers (to deliver your order in Yerevan)
- Email service (Klaviyo or equivalent, only if you've opted in)
- Tax authorities and law enforcement, where legally required

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it
Order records for 7 years (Armenian tax law). Email subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymized after 26 months.

Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data (except records we're legally required to keep)
- Stop sending you marketing emails
- Move your data to another service

Cookies
We use cookies to make the site work, to remember your preferences, and to measure traffic. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

International transfers
Your data is stored on Shopify's servers, which may process information outside Armenia. Shopify is committed to GDPR compliance and uses standard contractual clauses for international transfers.

Children
khila is not directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always at khila.am/privacy with a "last updated" date below.
