By using khila.am or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Who we are
khila is a brand operated from Yerevan, Armenia. These terms govern your use of khila.am and your purchase of our products.

Orders
- When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we email or message you that your order has shipped.
- We currently ship within Yerevan only.
- We may decline orders that appear fraudulent, that exceed available stock, or that we cannot fulfill for any reason. If we decline, we refund you in full.
- Prices are shown in Armenian Dram (AMD).

Pricing and availability
- We try to keep prices and stock information accurate, but errors happen. If a product is priced or described incorrectly, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full.
- Production runs are small and limited. When a colorway sells out, it may or may not return.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout. If your payment fails, your order is not confirmed.

Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.

Returns
See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual property
The khila name, logo, photographs, copy, and design are owned by khila. You may not use them commercially without written permission. Sharing photos of your khila pieces on personal social media is encouraged.

Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

Acceptable use
Don't use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. Don't try to break the site or extract its data without permission.

Limitation of liability
khila is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your use of our products, except where required by Armenian law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute that we can't resolve through conversation will be settled in the courts of Yerevan.

Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at khila.am/terms with a "last updated" date below.
