Returns

We make khila to be worn. If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right.

Window
Same-day returns only. The piece must be returned the day it arrives.

Condition
Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and dust bag intact. We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, or are missing the care label.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Arrange courier pickup or drop the package off — message us first so we know it's coming.

How to start a return
Message khila on Instagram or email khila@khila.am with your order number on the day your order arrives. We'll confirm the return and the address.

Refund timeline
Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2 business days and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
For a different size or colorway, message us first and we'll hold your replacement while your return is in transit.

Faulty items
If your khila piece has a defect, contact us within 30 days. We will replace it at no cost, and we'll cover return shipping.

Final sale
Items purchased during a sample sale or marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
