We ship within Yerevan. Every order is packed by hand.

Delivery
Same-day or next-day, hand-delivered.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email or DM once your order is on its way.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, message us within 7 days at khila@khila.am or DM khila on Instagram. We will replace it or refund you. We carry the risk until it reaches your door.

International shipping
Not yet. We're starting in Yerevan and growing slowly. If you're outside Armenia and want a khila piece, DM us — we'll find a way.
